Queen of Heaven Herbal Infusion
Inspired by Mary, Queen of Heaven & St. Rose of Lima
Ingredients (makes 1 quart):
- 1 Tbsp dried rose petals (culinary-grade, organic)
- 1 tsp dried lavender buds (culinary-grade)
- 1 Tbsp dried peppermint leaves
- Optional: 1–2 tsp local raw honey or a slice of lemon for brightness
Instructions:
- Boil 4 cups (1 quart) of water.
- Place herbs in a teapot, heat-proof jar, or French press.
- Pour boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep 10–15 minutes for a gentle floral-minty flavor (or up to 30 minutes for stronger benefits).
- Strain, sweeten if desired, and enjoy warm or iced.

- Intention: Give thanks for grace that transforms even hardened hearts
