Angel’s Breath Immune Brew
- Ingredients: 1 tsp elderberries, 1 tsp echinacea root, 1 slice fresh ginger, 1 cinnamon stick

- Intention: Reflect on a time when someone helped you quietly — thank God for them

- Intention: Offer today’s fast for someone who feels unseen or forgotten

- Dinner: Harvest vegetable stew with cheesy herb dumplings
- Intention: Do a hidden act of charity in honor of St. Vincent
Sunday, Sept 28

- Intention: Rejoice in God’s abundance — reflect on where He’s provided this month

- Lunch: Golden vegetable bisque
- Dinner: Feast: Roasted rosemary chicken (or lentil shepherd’s pie), herbed flatbread, grape salad
- Intention: Ask the Archangels to guard your home, health, and heart
